PPIAF

Produced by the Asian Development Bank with support from PPIAF, this product was designed to help governments design cross-border infrastructure projects.  Created as part of the Phnom Penh Plan for Development Management's capacity building program for the Greater Mekong Region, this guide is applicable to all governments developing regional infrastructure programs.  

The toolkit has four key sections which include:

1. The booklet which contains the electronic copy of the accompanying pamphlet.

2. The Grid of Topics which contains the links to Power point presentations and handouts of the following four focus areas: Planning, Finances,Regulation, Accountability and Private Sector Participation. 

3. Resources and links to a suggested reading materials

4. Glossary of terms of related and useful items.
