June 25, 2009
A new paper describing the Private Participation in Infrastructure Services (PPIS) Database has recently been published by the World Bank.

It accompanies more particularly the analytical work undertaken into the performance of private sector operators, published in “Does Private Sector Participation Improve Performance in Electricity and Water Distribution?” (PPIAF's Trends and Policy Options No. 6).

Please visit this page to download the database in Excel or Stata.
