Toolkit files
Toolkit files allows the download of the complete Toolkit in PDF version and of all Toolkit figures for professional-level outputs for consultation, reports and presentations, as well as of the complete CD-Rom version with CD cover and label.
The following files are available for download:

PDF version (complete edition). VERSION MARCH 2009 Complete Toolkit with all six modules and related files (content list etc) to allow a self-standing PDF version, either for direct consultation or for print outputs and hard version. The complete version is identical (including page numbers) to the individual PDF files on each page of the Toolkit, which are extracts of the complete version. The Toolkit is available in both high resolution (enhanced graphics) and low resolution (low resolution graphics for faster download) editions. Toolkit figures Many figures have been developed specially for the Toolkit. High-definition JPEG files are provided hereafter for each figure to facilitate their use in reports and presentations. Click here to access the gallery |
CD-ROM version The CD-ROM version allows off-line consultation of the entire Toolkit, including all PDF reference documents. However, for this version, the feedback page (on home page) is not available and search function has been adapted. CD cover and label are also available to allow for a complete CD-ROM of the Toolkit.
