Separability



Third Building Block: Separability

How the railway industry structure is divided, referred to as ‘separability’, comprises two primary dimensions, horizontal and vertical. Horizontal separations are sometimes justified by creating better-managed, decentralized, and market-focused units from a monolithic national company.
