BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA: Private-Sector Participation within Residential and Commercial Renewable Energy Prosumers

The objective of this activity is to:
i.    Support the development of a legal and regulatory framework for prosumers,
ii.   Facilitate the implementation and management of a large number of grant-supported investments at the household level for renewables through the development of a Program Management Framework, and
iii.    Develop a communication strategy to stimulate private investment in energy efficiency and solar PV by small-scale end-users (households, entrepreneurs and small and medium enterprises).
