GEORGIA: Mobilizing Private Capital for the Black Sea Submarine Cable Project

The objective of this activity is to:
i.    Support the government of Georgia to assess options for mobilizing private finance for the Black Sea Submarine Cable Project; and
ii.    Provide technical advisory to build the capacity of the transmission system operator and other stakeholders to structure submarine cable projects for private capital mobilization.
