MADAGASCAR: PPP mini grids for electricity and digital services expansion

The objective of this activity is to set up the foundational elements for the success of mini-grids and rural digital connectivity expansion in Madagascar by advancing the regulatory framework to enable private participation in the mini-grid and digital infrastructure and development of a pipeline of projects and contractual mechanism.
