Philippines : Support to Establishing a Local Public Private Partnership (PPP) Program - Phase 2

This objective of this activity is to build on the work delivered under the "Philippines: Support to Establishing a Local PPP Program (phase 1)" that was approved in August 2023. Phase 1 worked to improve the use of the Philippines PPP Project Development and Monitoring Facility to support the successful implementation of local-level PPPs. This phase will specifically focus on “capital light” decentralized waste management PPPs that can be rolled out quickly in the Growth Economic Model Islands including Coron, El Nido, Panglao, Puerto Galera, and Siargao and can be replicated across other islands.
