Conducting the necessary groundwork to further clarify the gaps and tailor the detailed scope of the technical assistance activities under the Sierra Leone Digital Transformation Project, which aims to expand access to broadband internet, increase digital skills and improve government capacity to deliver public services digitally. This work will particularly complement the first component of the World Bank project to strengthen the upstream policy environment in each stage of the broadband value chain necessary for providing reliable and affordable internet services, promoting market competitiveness and private sector investment in line with the Maximizing Finance for Development (MFD) approach.
