Timor-Leste : Strengthening PPP Capacity and Identification of Business Opportunity

The objective of this activity is to review the legal and institutional framework and produce a gap analysis, assess the client’s knowledge of Public Private Partnerships, and propose and then implement a programmatic capacity-building program bolstered by a pilot project and the establishment of a project portfolio involving the lines ministries and the Ministry of Finance.
