TUNISIA: Unlocking Public-Private Partnerships

The objective of this activity is to facilitate the further development of Tunisia PPP unit. To this end support will be provided for:
1.    PPP pipeline development (taking into account gender and climate considerations) – establishing the procedures and best practices for project identification, screening, and pre-feasibility.
2.    Operations manuals – including guidelines for project development fund management, examples for contracts, and standard procedures.
3.    Fundraising report.
4.    Report on PPP bankability.
