Viet Nam : Strengthening the legal, institutional, and investment framework for enabling private sector participation in the water sector

The objective of this activity is to provide targeted technical assistance to support Viet Nam’s legal and regulatory reform of the water sector to advance development of a nationally important investment program for water security. Activities will focus on the adoption and implementation of the Law on Water Supply and Drainage, fostering greater private sector participation within the Government of Viet Nam’s investment planning for the period 2026-2030.
