Reform Options and Systems
There is a series of reports produced under the project Advancing Urban Transport Reform in the Europe and Central Asia Region (Microsoft Word 881KB), designed to assist reform within the urban passenger transport sector in the Europe and Central Asia Region.

These reports describe various reform options and recommended systems and procedures, and are designed to form the basis of guidance to city officials and transport practitioners in these countries. They are also applicable to cities elsewhere, including those in developing countries.
