CAMBODIA: Resilient, Inclusive and Affordable Public-Enabled and Private-Led Housing Development Roadmap

The objective of this activity is to support the Government of Cambodia – Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction: General Department of Housing in
i.    Conducting a baseline market assessment of the affordable housing sector and ecosystem to identify and address constraints for the public and private sectors, and for the communities/people;
ii.    Developing a roadmap to mobilize private sector investment and engagement, and to strengthen regulatory/enabling environment and capacity of the public sector; and
iii.    Accelerating climate-resilient and inclusive housing aspects in urban and peri-urban centers in Cambodia.
