GUINEA: PPP Diagnostic and Capacity-Building

PPIAF supported the development of an enabling environment for PPPs and strengthened the Government of Guinea's capacity to identify and implement PPPs. This activity identified and assessed a pipeline of infrastructure projects to determine which projects can potentially be developed into PPPs.
