GHANA: Assessing PPP Options to Improve the Provision of Public Toilets in Kumasi

Activity supported an assessment of public-private partnership (PPP) options for the provision of public toilets in Kumasi. The prefeasibility study included (i) Baseline market study; (ii) willingness to pay survey report; (iii) output specification and (iv) financial model and (v) communication and awareness. A second phase will be prepared to fill in the information gaps required to bring the project to tender phase.
