GHANA: Non-Revenue water project phase II - Capacity building support to improve performance of the Ghana water utility

The objective of this activity is to deliver a training program for Ghana Water Company staff, as well as, potential candidates for scaling up of the intervention to operational regions. The training program is a continuation of the PPIAF support to the design and preparation of the performance base contract for water loss and will focus on contract management, a systematic review of technical performance, adapting technology to the non-revenue water intervention, and supporting in documenting lessons and design of strategy for possible scaleup in the larger operation areas.
